Christmas Greetings from the President
CHRISTMAS MESSAGE My Beloved, As we are preparing for the holidays and the gifts to be offered, I join with you in thanking the Lord for the greatest Gift he gave us when he sent his Son from heaven (John 3:16-17). The Advent period anticipates the « coming of Christ » from different perspectives : His birth at Bethlehem in Judea, his reception in our hearts and the teaching related to his second coming. Why did Jesus come ? « The Lord has anounced through the prophecy that the virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel which means God with us » (Isaiah 7:14 ; 9:5). Jesus Christ, the savior of humanity came to proclaim the good news of peace and love for the salvation of all. In Mark 1:15, Jesus Christ said : « The time has come, the kingdom of God has come near. Repent and believe the good news ». The gospel message includes a sense of urgency, especially with Jesus living in-person in our midst. Jesus is now on the scene fulfilling God&#
